Preview JSONata evaluation with sample records

Compiles and evaluates the expression against the supplied left/right records using a per-call sandbox, then computes a decision against the supplied thresholds. Always returns 200; failure is reflected in `ok=false` with `error`.

Execute rule set on configured datasets

Queues a matching job for the rule set. When the left dataset has no records, returns 200 with `status=no_records` (no work enqueued). On success, returns 202 with `status=queued`, the produced `jobGroupId`, and the number of batches that were enqueued.
